  • Construction Laborer

    Location: Northeast Tennessee

    Job Type: Full-Time


    Job Summary: We’re looking for a dependable and hard-working Construction Laborer to join our crew. In this role, you’ll assist with site preparation, operate tools and equipment, load and unload materials, and help ensure every project is completed to the highest standard.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Assist with site preparation, grading, and basic landscaping tasks
    • Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely
    • Load, unload, and distribute materials on job sites
    • Follow instructions from supervisors and work closely with the team
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area
    • Adhere to safety protocols and company standards at all times

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus (but not required)
    • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
    • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 
    • Legal right to work in the USA (documentation must be provided before hire date)

  • Heavy Equipment Operator

    Location: Tri-Cities Region

    Job Type: Full-Time


    Job Summary: We’re hiring a skilled and safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operator to join our growing crew. In this role, you’ll operate machinery such as skid steers, excavators, dozers, and loaders to perform grading, excavation, and site preparation for residential and commercial projects.



    Key Responsibilities:


    • Operate heavy machinery including skid steers, track loaders, excavators, and bulldozers
    • Perform grading, trenching, loading, backfilling, and site prep with precision
    • Conduct pre-operation inspections and basic maintenance of equipment
    • Follow site plans, grade stakes, and directions from foremen or supervisors
    • Work safely and efficiently around other crew members and machinery
    • Report issues or safety hazards promptly

    Qualifications:


    • 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment (preferably in grading or landscaping)
    • Strong understanding of grading techniques, soil movement, and elevation reading
    • Ability to read and follow blueprints or site plans is a plus
    • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (CDL is a bonus)
    • Commitment to safety, teamwork, and job site professionalism

    Job Summary: We’re seeking a results-oriented Business Development Coordinator to identify, pursue, and secure large-scale construction contracts. This role is perfect for a natural relationship builder who thrives on networking, understands the construction landscape, and is motivated by closing high-value deals. You’ll play a key role in helping us land projects in new home construction, commercial and industrial development, subdivision grading, and beyond.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with builders, developers, and contractors
    • Build relationships through networking, cold outreach, site visits, and industry events
    • Develop and present proposals tailored to client needs and project scope
    • Track and manage a pipeline of high-value prospects and opportunities
    • Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and leadership to ensure smooth handoff after closing

    Qualifications:

    Location: Tri-Cities, TN

    Job Type: Full-Time


    Job Summary: We're hiring an experienced, field-focused Project Manager to oversee crews and subcontractors on active job sites. This role is all about coordination, communication, and execution. You'll be the go-to person ensuring projects stay on schedule, meet quality standards, and run smoothly from start to finish.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites, including crews and subcontractors
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to specifications
    • Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and grading layouts
    • Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower as needed
